I'm currently working on linking test cases to JIRA issues. However, when I use the "Search for Issue" feature to associate a JIRA requirement with a test case or test set, the search results include issues from all JIRA projects.
Is there a way to restrict the search to only show issues from the specific JIRA project I'm working on? Ideally, I’d like the search to be scoped to just one project to avoid confusion and improve efficiency.
Hello,
If a particular user only works in a single project, they will only see issues of that project by default in the search box. When you click inside the search box, the list that shows up is the list of issues that the user has recently accessed in Jira. Hope this helps!
It would be good to have a feature that filters projects relevant to the tester’s current assignments. With over 60 project teams and testers typically working on their designated projects, a filtering option would streamline the process of linking test cases to Stories or Tasks more efficiently.
Hello,
AIO Tests has cross-project support and thus it is not possible to restrict from a project perspective.
The search bar shows recently accessed issues in Jira. We do have a feature wherein you can control the issue types that show up in the search box. Project Settings -> General Preferences (option highlighted in the image below).
Hope this helps!
